Malstrain has me interested, how do I get started?

Hi friends! Long time lover of 40K and aos. The malstrain genestealer stuff has me very interested in playing necromunda, as I love big yucky monsters (for totally appropriate reasons). Are there any guides out there for getting started on learning the rules and getting a gang started? I know that the malstrain stuff doesn’t come out for a while but I assume building a gang is pretty applicable to a cult lol. Thanks for the help!
