I have the Nebula Cosmos 1080p model. For a while now Ive had the issue of the unit saying there is no internet connection as I'm currently watching a streaming service such as Hulu or Disney . It still plays but the notification is annoying. I can live with that, but just today I encountered a new problem that is unacceptable. I turn the unit on, I hear fans and see light, but the home screen will not show. I can hold the settings button and the settings will show. I can press the voice control on the remote and tell it to start Hulu or start Disney and it will work. If I press the HOME button from one of the apps it just goes back to a black screen. The home screen will not display! :(
