Hello everyone, new to this community. I have had a bone to pick for a while now. Why do some pizza shops put sliced tomatoes on the pizza. There are no sliced tomatoes on a Marg pizza, sometimes I could see maybe some crushed up tomato but never a slice, and I am talking the Tomato that you would find on your hamburger. Maybe some crushed, maybe a thin layer of sauce but slices? Is this just a American thing or do they do this in the motherland. Iām east coast (Boston) so I can get the real deal but more often than not I am disappointed with most margs.
