I need a local hip hop/rap producer/beat maker

Hey I'm an aspiring rap artist named A.S.A.H. I'm just trying to live the dream and have fun but I'm not good at making beats and I don't have a studio. I'm looking for someone who definitely has experience and could help me out in both the studio as in rapping and in teaching a little bit when I get something wrong. I have a tight budget but I could add more to it if needed. I am located in the western part near Haywood county. Thanks in advance, A.S.A.H.
