NBN HFC Frequent short Dropouts

Hi everyone,
Hope you are all well at this time. I just wanted to ask if anyone else has the problem on Optus NBN HFC where the internet randomly drops out for up to 30s at a time. The Arris box and Modem does not restart, but connection is lost on Wifi for up to 30s and then resumes. It is not as much a problem for streaming video since video buffers, but for video calls and browsing, it is really quite disruptive.
Is there any solution for this? Thanks.
