Over the past 4-6 months I have been having repeated dropouts that last anywhere from a second or two, to a minute or more.
I have lived in the same place in Sydney for the past 4 years, and aside from the past few months, I haven't had any issues at all.
I've restarted the vodafone router, and the nbn one, but neither has helped. All lights are lit correctly on both, but I figured a restart wouldn't hurt.
I looked into changing providers, but after a chat with my neighbour who is on a different network, I realised it's either the building (which I doubt) or NBN itself.
The connection is HFC, which I already didn't particularly like.
I have issues not just while gaming, but also while streaming netflix and the like.
I feel like my only option is to move to 5G, but if there's a way to fix the constant disruptions I'd prefer it.
