So I revised my routine recently and I plan to make several additional changes to it once my order of Aiternol PM comes in and I buy a few more things.
I thought the Roar to Life Naturally Product was reasonably priced and its still ok for how its intended to be used, but for a 2400 mg daily routine, that means you'd go through a whole bottle which is 15 USD plus 3 bucks in shipping in 15 days. Thats approximately 2 bottles per month. Is it smart to spend effectively $30 per month for 2400 mg of Shatavari Extract? I don't think so personally, even if I want major growth results.
There might be more cost effective brands out there, but surferjoe2007 recommends 2,400 mg of shatavari extract per day and it has to be 50% saponins. Roar to Life is the only brand so far that I found that remotely clears this criteria and $30 for two bottles worth of product plus shipping seems a but steep for just one part of a routine.
For people who have gone on shatavari extract, how effective was it for you in addition to everything else you were taking?
