Is it possible to get thick or develop pronounced curves when you get a belly during weight gain?

Basically this is the main reason why I'm doing nbe, besides just getting bigger boobs, and before I stumbled on this subreddit and the breast nexus forum, I was searching up way to get thick (basically get a dump truck ass, big curvy thighs, wide hips, smaller waist, full bust) online via YouTube, TikTok, and Google.

Most of the resources seems to be geared more for skinny girls/women who might already be inclined to gain weight in those areas than chubby or overweight girls who already know they get pronounced bellies without pronounced curves when they gain weight, even if the fat goes to their bust, ass and thighs too.

Losing weight and body fat seem like key steps for women who have bigger stomachs, or don't get thick when they gain weight, but im wondering if there's anything out there besides surgery that can help people with my body fat distribution out.

My boobs are big, big it doesn't show that much on my body due to my belly, thick waist and broad shoulders. My ass isn't completely flat but it's kinda boxy from the top to the middle, only curving at the bottom. A lot of fat girls seems to have this type of ass and I'd prefer if it was rounder and more shapely (my dream is an absolute dump truck with a shelf, but realistic is round and shapely ass).

I'm doing glute activation exercises right now, and plan on doing boots workouts, and the standard glute boosting exercises and protein/card loading, but what else can I do to grow my ass?

Right now I'm taking 7.5 g of Red Maca and Yellow Maca Powder each (so 15 g total) per day, that's an increase from 5 g each. I'm also taking 1000 mg of PM and rubbing Sesame Oil on my ass recently (because one user on breastnexus claimed it worked for them and I want to try it out).

My waist is 41", and my hips are 51" (I know I need to lose weight), would it be possible for me to ever be a 30" (W) - 42(H), or ideally 28" (W) - 44" (H)?
