Hi there, so I'm trying to accentuate my curves and grow my boobs right now. I bought a bunch of supplements for this purpose and started to take them all at once but then I read on a breast growth blog that it's more effective to focus on taking 1 herb at a time, 2-3 herbs at most.
I just want to post my first routine, then my most current one and get feedback on it, I saw the newbie start post and I probably going to restructure my routine to fit with the advice from there.
This was my first daily routine, I did this for a week and a half before switching it up to what I'm currently doing, including the brands to see if there's any good:
• 1000mg of Pueraria Mirifica from Carlyle Nutritional (1 capsule)
• 900 mg of Saw Palmetto from Spring Valley (2 capsules)
• 430 mg of Red Clover from Amazing Nutrition: Amazing Formulas (1 capsule)
• 530 mg of Full Spectrum Dong Quai from Swanson (1 capsule)
• 610 mg of Fenugreek from Spring Valley (1 capsule)
This is my current daily routine:
• the 1000 mg of Pueraria Mirificia from above
• 1 teaspoon of Anthony's Good Red Maca Root Powder
• 1 teaspoon of Earthly Choice of Maca Powder (presumably Yellow)
My other supplements(only listing in case of interference with effectiveness of above herbs):
• 300 mg of Cranberry Concretrate from Spring Valley (1 capsule)
• 1000 mg(300 mg of Omega-3) of Fish Oil from Nature's Bounty (per capsule)(2-3 capsules)
• 1000 mg of B12 from Nature Made (1 capsule)
• 415 mg of Cod Liver Oil from Spring Valley (1 capsule)
Was the first routine any good? What about my current one?
I already have somewhat big boobs, but I also have broad shoulders, and I'm fairly overweight, so it doesn't show much on my frame. I was wondering if adding wild yams would help, but I'd rather check what I have now and just add a couple of the highly effective products recommended than try even more herbs.
