Are there any feasible expansion team locations besides Vegas and Seattle?

I’ve heard alot about future NBA expansion this off-season. NBA insiders and journalists alike have talked about expansion coming in the next couple years with Vegas and Seattle as the clear favorites.
Does anybody anticipate this to change? And in y’all’s opinion are there any cities that would be better fits? Does a second Canadian team make more sense as far as market value?
