hi everyone, just curious as to some tips and tricks I can do to improve my scores in order to successfully pass the HM-ATF pst.
my scores are as follows:
max push-ups: 40 in 2 minutes max sit ups: 57 in 2 minutes max plank time: 1:15 minutes 1.5 mile run: 9:00 minutes 500 yard swim: N/A ( I just hired a swim coach and start next week, I will update my swim time then.)
I begin corpsman school around the beginning of October, but I want to be as ready as possible because I know I will have little opportunity to physically train in RTC, any advice helps. thanks!
