Can I get my mom naturalized?

good evening, as the title suggests i was wondering if there was a way I could (as an active duty service member) help me mom become a legal citizen in the United States? any and all advice is welcome (:
Iām 19 years old coming up on my first year in the navy, I finish A-school near the end of February and have an assigned āCā school.
