Best place to find a Navy issue peacoat?

I was issued a peacoat in 2010 but outgrew it pretty quickly (tight/restricting on the armpits, shoulders, and back). I’ve been looking for a 48R on eBay for a while, but closest I can find is 48L, and I’m pretty sure that would look like my older brother’s hand-me-down on me.
There’s a military surplus store asking over $400 USD for a “lightly used” 48R, and as much as I want a peacoat, that seems like s but much.
Does anyone have any suggestions?
