If you get med board after 20yrs of service do you get High 3 and VA disability?

I'm 19 years in about to have surgery, can't submit Fleet reserve because of LIMDU. Will be over 20 years after recovery, if they decide to med board me. Will I still get my High 3 and VA disability???
