How to become stoic like you guys ?

Hey man I looked through some of your post history sorry that you are going through it right now. I think in the Navy, it’s easy to make friends because of the camaraderie and suffering together aspect. But about the whole stoic thing I’m not sure everyone fits that mold. Probably a glamorization of the military, not really the case.
