I’m being medically retired and I found out I’m getting out on the 21st of April.

My current living situation is I live in an apartment and I already notified the leasing office of my 30 day notice and I won’t be receiving anymore BAH in May at least I shouldn’t be. So I won’t have any BAH to stay here any longer past my retirement date.

So i didn’t find out I was getting med retired until early Feb and I didn’t start my checkout process out of my command until like 2 weeks before I started my terminal leave (March 31st) and didn’t even get my checkout sheet until 10 days before that. So PERS submitted all my stuff necessary to get my orders like around March 28th?! And they told me I should’ve started on this process like 5-6 months away but at that time there was really nothing I could’ve done. I was waiting on them to give me my paper work but they couldn’t because they were ✨waiting for my separation date✨ which like I said I didn’t get until early Feb.

Now it’s April 11th. And I only have 11-13 days left until I have to leave my apartment and I STILL don’t have my orders… So wtf am I supposed to do? (Btw I have a wife and kid)
