5 years in the Navy so far and my first command was a VP squadron and now I'm on shore duty and haven't been on a ship yet.
I'm in an Intel rate and don't mind my job but idk if I wanna stay in when I hear about ship life: man overboard drills, shit food, showers ranging from volcano ramen hot to titanic ice cold, to actually working 12 hour days. I've had it good.
But thankfully being Intel I hope I can work with the detailer to stay off a ship and so some cool things or stay where I'm at and do ROTC. (my place is super cheap and MHA is a nice thicc paycheck per month, if I get out).
