I lost one of my boys today, after 12 years. I don’t know why I’m posting here but I hope that someone reads this and remembers to care for their fur babies or just animals. An animals love, in my case a dog, is so pure and innocent, possibly the most pure love of all. They ask very little of us, other than for treats, and love and cuddles. It’s said that we don’t choose our family but we choose our friends and animals. Goddam I miss him, why did he have to go? Maybe my dad needed him after he passed a few weeks ago, I hope they met at rainbow bridge, and I hope that he was greeted by all the other dogs we lost along the way.
If you have a dog or a cat or any animal, give them a hug and a kiss for me, love them more than anything and be good to them. Be good to yourself and be good to others. The world is already a shitty place at times, let’s do our part to make it a bit more livable. Love you all.
