Maybe it's time to seek out someone.

Its been a while fellow AP seekers. I took some much needed time to myself, so much so that I forgot my old username..... But here I am, a new account and a better me, I think.

I'm in a dead bedroom and seeking someone in a similar situation. I do not want to change my situation or yours. I want to find someone I have things in common with, someone I can text with, flirt with, have intimate conversations and inside jokes with and see where that leads.

I'm 44 and married for 15 years. I'm successful professionally and self employed. Physically 5'10 and about 175-180 lbs (depending on the meal from the previous night?) not a gym bro but I do workout regularly.

I travel a lot for work and for pleasure and I really love that I can do that. Work takes me to a lot of quaint places and towns it's given me an appreciation for the unique culture, people and food. Speaking of food I am an adventurous eater and love to try everything. I also love to cook.

Travelling gives me a lot of time to read and I am constantly reading. I usually skew towards fiction. I find reading to be a good way to calm my mind down. Podcasts are also a go to for me and i usually find myself listening to true crime or long format ones like Fall of Civilizations. When it comes to music my playlist is the definition of chaos with every artist and genre on my list. If I had to I'd say I am partial to classic rock.

When I'm home I like to have projects going on around the house. I am handy and love to problem solve. I've taught myself to do a bunch of home maintenance, sometimes at a great expense of time and resources :)

I am a coffee person and need it function normally. I also love to experiment with various cocktails, though my fall back is always a good bourbon.

I think that paints a decent picture of me as a person without giving away too much.

For me from previous experiences I think someone who i'd get along with is an intelligent, curious, kind person, someone who can see the funny side of life and can find joys in the small things. I think I would get a long with someone 35 and older. For me the most attractive quality in a woman is intelligence and curiosity. If you are a foodie, love travelling we will have a lot in common.
