I'm a professor from the Windy City who is looking for a connection and conversation. I'm married with no kids and with a dead bedroom. It's a complicated situation that has worn me down to where I need to have a deep connection again.

It's not enough to just connect or think each other is sexy, I really miss having good conversations. The kind of talks that last for hours and go about any and every topic. The kind of conversation in which both people are heard and can smile and never want to stop talking.

I have had some good connections on this subreddit. None of those relationships have moved to being in person but with the right person I would be willing.

Looks: I am 6'6, white, brown hair, glasses, and green eyes. While I do look like you would expect for my job, I do make an effort to exercise and keep myself healthy.

Physical attraction is important, being compatible and making each other feel excited is incredible... but if there isn't something more than it will just be a fire that burns out quickly. So, I'm not in a rush to share photos, I'm happy to take the time to talk and see if we can connect.

I teach courses on religion and philosophy, so in my free time I enjoy doing non school stuff.

Hobbies of mine include reading, watching movies, writing, playing music, the occasional game, and long walks in the woods. I don't ever get a chance to get out in nature enough because of work so when I can I just enjoy parks or nature preserves.

Despite my job title, I don't care about education level. Some of the smartest and best read people I know didn't bother with higher education. What matters is you just be who you and we will see if the sparks fly.
