You miss it, don’t you? The way having a crush used to feel—the flirting, the charm, the tension crackling like static in the air. Those moments where your stomach flips because they texted you, or the thrill of a first kiss that spirals into a can’t-help-ourselves kind of make-out session. God, I miss that too.
Right now, it feels like everyone here is either a bot or trying way too hard. I’m not looking for clichés or one-word messages. I want someone real. Someone who knows how to hold a conversation that makes you forget the world outside. Let’s talk about the last book you couldn’t put down or the TV series that kept you up way past bedtime. And if you’ve got something steamier on your list, even better—recommendations welcome.
I travel a lot for work—New Orleans in a few weeks for example. It keeps life interesting but a little lonely, too. I’m looking for someone to connect with, someone who makes me look forward to hearing that little “ping” of a new message. If you’ve been feeling the same—neglected, bored, ready to feel alive again—then let’s see if we can light that fire together.
