Ok millennial lyric posting is over now. This isn’t MySpace people.
So why are we here? Yeah I know, we aren’t paid attention to, we and our needs are neglected and we have a lot of feelings about it. I know.
Maybe it’s been months, maybe for some of us it’s turned to years and we’ve somehow found each other here of all places.
The question is, what are we going to do about it? I’ve given this quite a lot of thought to be honest, and I’d love to bounce some ideas off you. Hear your story, hear what you need to keep life moving forward. That’s right, a consensual and mutual agreement of attempting to better each others circumstances.
A few things I like:
• Grammar is sexy. • Good music suggestions • Intelligent conversation • Honesty and vulnerability (I recognize this is earned, not a right.) • Discretion
A few things I dislike:
• Flippant responses and massive distance in replies (real life comes first, but a little heads up never hurt anyone when possible • Chatting on Reddit long term, there’s just better apps but I am flexible. • A slow fizzle. I am a grown up. You are a grown up. If we aren’t vibing let’s slap each other on the butt and wish each other the best. Where’s the civility in affairs these days?
