Hey, so it truly is a blessing of sorts to have an ordinary, normal life… your kids have their daily needs, husband is concerned about bills or living in auto-pilot mode for which it seems you can’t get him out of (even with family trips or date night outings, IF there’s any at all), work at one point was fulfilling but now turned monotonous with the same everyday interactions, and friends and family are so caught up in the tangles of their lives, that often you find yourself toning down your unconformities and desires, as to not stand out as a delusional that needs to get a grip on reality… But let’s face it, we both know it could be worse, some of us have been dealt a great deal of good ol’ conventional life, for which we’ve been told we should be extremely grateful for, or have found others greatly longing for their entire lives. But fuck it, for people like you and I, that’s not enough. When life is too comfortable for the likes of us, it becomes extremely dull, and although it’s a thing to be grateful for, have we ever been the type to conform to that? To truly just say thanks and move on? Another day of the old same, just because it could be worse? A little bit about me, if you read my post history, you’ll be able to put together that I’m from Florida, I’m a 25 male, I own a small business that is seeing good success (To my dread. What an a**, right?) I’m active because of work and lifestyle but I love food, so I have a fit dad bod lol. Although I’m 25, I’m an old soul with a big taste for collecting old music and old books (which I had to stop reading because they have not done me any good) and a few other conventional hobbies and preferences.
