It's a quiet Friday night here, and once again, I'm waiting in the parking lot for my son to finish practice. I know many of you can empathize with this routine. While I don't mind it, I'd love to have someone to chat with and share a connection during these moments or while doing everyday tasks.

I've tried finding that special connection before, like many here, with plenty of starts and stops, and even some ghosting. I actually connected with someone a couple of months ago, but they disappeared. Despite this, I haven't given up hope and still believe in finding that special someone who makes me smile with every message.

I've been married for over 10 years, working in healthcare. While things aren't tense at home, it's more like a roommate situation, which isn't ideal. My focus is mainly on my two kids, being the family taxi most days. While I love spending time with my kids, I miss having a deeper connection with someone special.

I love taking road trips, attending concerts, and going to sporting events. This past summer, I took my daughter to see Taylor Swift and even made it to a couple of other shows and two major league baseball games. My summer was pretty good.

I'm always listening to music, whether it's the radio or Spotify, and I love discovering new podcasts. When I'm not working or driving the kids around, I try to stay active with hikes, pickleball, or just a nice walk.
