I love solving problems — whether it’s fixing something around the house, or turning a non-performant team into a high performing team at work, it’s what I love. Why do I love it? Because it requires curiosity, a willingness to be wrong, to learn, to make mistakes, to take risks, to defer to someone / something that’s smarter than I am.

That’s what I’m looking for in you — not someone who needs to be fixed, but can join me in trying to understand how this world works, that can challenge my thought processes, wants to spend time talking about ideas, and… us.

Me: I’m 37, married and not looking to change. I enjoy fixing/building things, vegetable gardening, practicing mindfulness, being active (both in fitness and generally doing something with my time), grabbing a drink/spending time with friends, and dogs. I’m tall (6’3”), white, dark hair/eyes, and no dad bod to speak of. I think I’m funny, and often told that I’m incredibly calm/chill but have the reputation at work as a decisive fixer. I’m logical, my brain has a natural bent towards math, and so I’m often quite measured (but I strongly prefer to go with the flow most of the time).

You: Similarly aged, married and not looking to change. Preferably we share some of the same interests / ideologies but at the same time, we’re different. You’re more of a traditionally creative mind, you’re smart (hopefully smarter than me) but humble, you’re driven. I don’t have a height preference, but I do prefer HWP women, and brunettes.

I’m fine with swapping pics, but wouldn’t mind getting to know you a bit before faces are revealed. Who you are matters more to me than strictly physical attraction (but some baseline is still important!).

As for the NYC / Toronto — NYC is local to me, but I regularly travel to Toronto for work!
