Do you remember those personal ads at the end of the classified section of your local paper, back when you had a local paper and that paper had classified ads?
How successful do you think those were? I mean, they only had, what, maybe 50 words to describe a) themselves and b) what they were looking for and c) any other miscellaneous bits of relevant information.
And here I am with unlimited space and I still don't know what to write. El. Oh. El.
Anyway. That popped in my head as I was drafting this over and over again, frustrated that I was, in fact, writing something like this out again... but complaining isn't going to get anywhere, and who wants to hear *another * guy complain about that (though, I'll fully admit to reading some of those post because, damn, dudes be telling on themselves 👀)
I'd describe myself a pragmatically optimistic. Toxic positivity is a no-go, but I'm one to generally look at things half full rather than happy empty (or rather, a different size cup should be used if possible).
Post here all start to sound the same after a while and I think this one is doing a decent job of showing my thought process, personality, and general sense of self and humor.
About you-- if you're reading and vibing with this, I think we'll get along.
I've no kids-- a deal breaker for some, which, fair; and PST preferred if OL, but not necessarily required.
Sooooo, tell me about what book you're currently reading or what podcast are you currently listening to; would you recommend it?
