Who else is looking for those feelings again? You know the ones where your stomach gets butterflies when you're around them, the ones where your brain cannot comprehend how they picked you out of everyone else in the world, the one where you feel like everyone love song is about them. I miss those feelings and I know they aren't coming back for my spouse.

Over the past few years, we've gone from a dead bedroom situation to roommates that don't even really talk. It's fake and I hate it. I want something real again, and I know you do to or you wouldn't be here reading this. So here's what I'm proposing: let's get back to those feelings I mentioned in the beginning. Let's have the random smiles for each other during the day. Let's constantly be checking our phones for messages from each other. Let's think about each other when a song comes on.

I'm looking to improve the world that you exist in, not change it completely. I want to be your shoulder to cry and your ear to hear your struggles. I want to be your arms that you run to for hugs and the lips you want to kiss when you need a pick me up. I am looking for something long term, and I'm not opposed to meeting up eventually when we are both ready for that.
