My new friend should have the same and be able to hold up his side of a conversation.

Discreet - You should be able to handle your own life while we keep this strictly between us. Your OPSEC should be excellent. More optimally, you have a situation where OPSEC is easily managed ( this does not mean that you are single) meaning that you have the flexibility to leave your house without a tribunal.
