For the last couple of months I have expressed my interest in attending a clothing optional beach or resort. Lucy said the idea was interesting but we've not taken any real steps other than chatting about it. So last night I had an opportunity, was this a good idea?

Lucy had to work late last night. When she came in I had supper ready. I had all the lights off in the dining room but for some candles burning. I placed soft towels in both seating areas for her and I. I explained to her that this was sort of a special little supper maybe we should make it more better. I suggested that we just have supper in the nude. She explained that she was going to the ladies room & would back momentarily but did not mention if she planned on getting in on my idea.

3 minutes later she returned in the nude. I was already there. We both enjoy supper. The experience was very liberating. Afterwards we cleaned up the kitchen together. We had a bit of a discussion about how it made each one of us feel. She said that she felt a bit awkward but no complaints. I suggested that we do a few more things around the house in the nude. She just smiled, I had no idea what that meant.

Was this a good idea or is there a better first step? Hoping to find some things we can work on to make us more comfort.... Other than the dieting and exercising that we're doing.
