Its been though finding real information regarding increasing your libido and test naturally. Glad I found this group. I hope we can all help each other and stay active! Ill start by adding that I was also going through some E.D. issues not so long ago. As of lately I have been improving a lot, and cutting back on alcohol really helped me. I actually stopped drinking for 3 months. I picked up my work outs, but I also stop doing cardio too much. I mainly do a lot of weight lifting. I cut back on a lot of the supplements I was taking. I was taking al sorts of stuff. one little issue I am having is that I did gain some weight around the stomach area, but I sure have increased a lot of muscle mass.

My erections have improved a lot. even on days when I drink. they're much better.

I do have to cut out on the porn though, which is what I read that some of you have complained about. These few weeks I have been having minor issues down there again, but I think more than anything its psychological. I have been having some trouble at home with my girl and what not, but! I do want to say to you all "suffering"

Work out! Lift weights. Be patient. You will be fine. there is a rainbow on the other side. You are still men! You are nothing less than. Be patient.! cut out alcohol. and be patient. (Work out enough. too much working out can also lower your testosterone FYI.)

I am taking Vitamin D3 though. Not gonna lie, I have been feeling much better since. Take it with food.

I recommend Tungkat Ali. It does help...
