The Central Bank of the Wabash Republic is hereby established. It shall be headquartered in Terre Haute along the banks of our nation's namesake river which flows in much the same way this bank shall make our money flow.

With the creation of this central bank, the Wabash Republic shall create for itself a currency, the Monero. (From the Esperanto monero, meaning coin.) The currency shall feature Borah, Lincoln, and Founding Fathers of the United States.
