Post Body

I am a split op and have returned from my first portion of basic. I am still attached to my RSP. For my December drill, I asked my recruiter if I needed to be at the drill, to which he responded that no, I didn’t. (I have the text messages) On the day of drill, my recruiter called me and informed me that I did actually need to be at that drill and that he messed up. He then informed me that since I missed drill I would need to come in in January and receive counseling. I don’t feel like I should need counseling since it was his mistake in telling me I didn’t need to show up for drill. Should I refuse to sign? Thoughts?
