When I was in AIT I was pretty good at killing it and felt good about myself. Once I got back though. That depression of my old civi life and not having friends that I could really hangout with (covid just started) I just got insanely fat. I mean. A solid 40lbs from where I was at in AIT and where I am now. Today after going on a timed 2 miler I decided to do to get a baseline before my acft next week it was a solid 18:20. Not bad but damn. Feels so good to not be injured and to run an OK time. (Hurt my back BAD last acft which was 2 months ago and just started feeling better enough to put myself through longer workouts) so it looks like I'll be able to hit a solid 500 if I really try but damn man. Just trying to not get hurt again.
Remember to stay healthy guys and to take care of yourself and don't overstrain on that deadlift... I got overconfident and hit that 330 but bro... my back has hated me since.
Can I get a Mexican pizza and a chicken quesadilla? And a diet mtn dew... I gotta watch my weight for my next H/W
