Outdoor equipment repair?

Hi! I'm in a bit of a bind. A cam strap for my bike rack snapped, and I'm trying to leave for a road trip tomorrow. Are there any outdoor equipment repair centers, or any other company with an industrial sowing machine to repair the strap? Google searches have turned up nothing.
Thanks in advance for any help! (Unfortunately, just buying another strap won't fix the problem. It needs to be repaired.)
