Is $75k enough to live in Nashville on?

Post Body

I may have a job offer in Nashville and their offered salary is $75k. Looking at rent prices in the area, I have doubts about having much left over after taxes and expenses. Iā€™m considering asking for $90k since my previous position paid $110k in a much less expensive city.

Is $75k enough to live on here? What is the average income for people in town? Iā€™m single so no one to split rent with. Roommates not an option.
