I took a restraining order against my husband and my mom all but disappeared when I tried to reach her. Part of me wanted her at the court hearing for support but I just gave up on that idea. She's not really "all there" anyway.

When he violated the restraining order she finally called me back after trying to reach her multiple times. I told her l was just about to call the police. She wasn't really concerned for me. The most she said was "Do you really want him to go to jail?" in a slightly judgmental tone, which I said no to, because I didn't, I just wanted him to leave me alone. Didn't ask how I was doing and she changed the subject to her.

I told her I'd call her back but just never did.
