NaNoWriMo isn't about writing a book in a month, it's about cranking out words that will be the blocks of your book.
When you're writing and think to yourself 'this is horrible, let's delete it and run away' it's not supposed to be viewer/printer ready come the end of the month.
Life happens, you'll get busy, may miss a few days. That's okay, you are not working on a deadline that means you can't pay rent next month.
It's been said that writers have a million bad words to get out of their system before they truly start to right. Here's to knocking out 50,000 of those million.
