Just finished SEA and loved it! The graphics, the characters- everything was wonderful. But now I’m kind of stumped on which game to play next! It looks like the cheapest games on Steam right now (which I haven’t played yet) are:
-Danger by Design
-Secrets Can Kill Remastered
-Last Train to Blue Moon Canyon
-Shadow at the Water’s Edge
-Ghost Dogs of Moon Lake
-The Captive Curse
-Secret of the Old Clock
-Trail of the Twister
-Message in a Haunted Mansion
I seem to particularly like scary games (Ghost of Thornton Hall was probably my favorite), but I’m good with anything. I’m also a sucker for good graphics so I’m a little reluctant to play anything after playing SEA with its gorgeous graphics lol. I like having a lot of opportunities to make fatal errors/ use second chances. I would ideally want the characters to be as likeable as possible, and at best be well developed- I think SEA was really good about this.
Puzzles aren’t a huge deciding factor for me; I tend to be okay with any puzzles. I love when random dramatic plot twists happen (I.e. a character randomly gets kidnapped mid game, a room gets ransacked, etc.) I also would want the total play time to err on the longer side if possible as I’m dying of boredom in quarantine.
Thanks for reading! I look forward to hearing your suggestions :)
