I just need to go on a mini rant after having this problem with her interactive and digital river multiple times.

The fact that I had paid for a game, extra money to be able to download it forever, and yet still can't re-download them anymore because, and to quote their website, "they would like to put responsibility on the user's to back up their games" is ridiculous.

The games that I have real copies of, before the digital download was a thing, still work fine and can be played on any computer I now or will have in the future.

The digital downloads, if not properly stored, could potentially be lost forever, meaning I have to repurchase the games if I want to replay a game I already owned.

Anyway I know none of us can do anything about it but this system is so frustrating to me and has made me not want to play. Even though I really want to play. Has anyone else had this issue?
