I'm having a dispute with the property management company. They are alleging i owe money when it's been automatically withdrawn since moving in. When I provided my statements proving this, they tell me it's not a name associated with their company. Being as they are automatically withdrawn there's no way it could be sent to wrong account..

My statement shows "miscellaneous First service SL" That's clearly them, just wondering what other tenants see on theirs.
