Yāall! So Michael is a very seasoned name in my partnerās family. Basically every male in the family has Michael as a first or middle name, with a Mick and Micah thrown in there for a little variation. We are not expecting, or planning to any time soon, but I always assumed we would just use it as a middle name to carry on the tradition in the event we ever have a son. BUT I just had an idea and would like some input.
What are our thoughts on āMac/Mackā as a nickname for Michael? I like the name, but I just canāt picture a baby named Michael, but I think Mac/Mack could be a cool derivative! Or is that a cringey, obnoxious ode to Mac Miller (weāre HUGE fans, but I also donāt wanna be those people, ya know?).
