Just in case my baby girl decides to arrive tomorrow during the eclipse / blood moon (which she might!) We like Artemis, but it doesn't go with the first name we've chosen (and my husband thinks it sounds like a boy's name - wut?) We don't like Selene / Selena, and I feel like Luna is too popular atm. Diana just makes me think of Princess Diana. Phoebe is out because it's my best friend's baby's name. We're not necessarily opposed to a noun (e.g. Moonlight), but her first name will be a flower name (think Daisy rather than Amaryllis), so it would need to be something relatively subtle (so, you know...not Moonlight). We've been reduced to saying random moon-related words like "eclipse" and "gibbous", so I thought I'd stop being silly and just ask the experts. Don't fail me now, namenerds!
