Girls and boys names with the same nicknames

So me and my husband were discussing how in the future when we have baby number 2 I like the idea of not finding the gender but i also like having a name picked out so I can talk to my bump and bond. We were discussing names that have the same nickname e.g. winifidred and Winston = I could use the name Winnie while pregnant, Winifred and Wilfred = fred. (We are kinda into the name Winifred lol) hit me with your ideas!
