I recently adopted this sweet little 2 year old girly (pictures below). She'd been in the shelter for over half her life and they named her "Granny Smith" there-- it's a mouthful, and not a mouthful she seems to like very much. Plus, it doesn't actually describe HER in any way-- she's grey, sure, but definitely not a granny! In any case, it's got to go.
Personality wise, she's very sweet/delicate/feminine, but has bold moments and can be a bit spicy. Still fairly skittish given this is her first few days in a new place her abandonment history
I already have one older cat named Kinjie (named after a niche anatomical reference to purr-kinje fibers in the heart, because hes a bundle of Hiss..iykyk). He's the one seen haplessly surrendering in the last photo:
