Thoughts on Nal without Therapy?

On naltrexone for 3 weeks I feel it’s working..found out I have a $4500 deductible to meet before insurance covers my weekly therapy sessions. Is anyone having success with just the medication alone? I am not willing to pay $4500 out of pocket to sit and talk about what pisses me off in life.
