Post Body

I fell like everyone on LOS came together so much more because of Jeff. Having a common enemy really gave folks a reason to work together. I got the feeling that many were happy as long as jeff didnt get a cache or as long as Jeff didnt win overall. Seeing the camaraderie and pride folks took in sharing with others and feeding others made me feel pride in humanity. I can''t help but feel like if it wern't for Jeff folks wouldnt be so close...and this got em thinking about real world dynamics between different types of people. There was a powerful moment when they tried to hae an intervention with Jeff and bring him back in because you could tell they really didnt enjoy leaving him out... and he rejected it completely... he felt he was soo superior because he got the Caches the producers put out.. he valued that more than his actual survival skills... He couldn't make fire and his raft was a literal death trap. I never saw him practicing his actual survival skills he moreso was screwing with people all the time and obsessing about caches instead of working to be great at survival - most of the caches were barely used.... in fact - the underwater fish catcher (the name is blanking me) that waz got was never even used on the show... and the tinder slowed down Dan... those caches were actually energy traps in many ways
