I was reflecting today with my mentor on how challenging it is for young women to advance in their careers. Guys its tough!!!! There’s so much to ignore, including office politics and inappropriate behavior eh not to forget the old mamas who get jealous of you and think you’ll steal their office husbands mh

People do respect knowledgeable women, but reaching that point requires working twice as much as guys .

Anyway I just wanted to encourage the girlies keep going, don’t undervalue yourself, and remember that everyone deserves a seat at the table.
