When did we agree "taradadada.."is part of conversational grammar??

Lately whenever I engage in conversation 3 out of 4 people will engage its use. If you intend to list things, just list them... giving one example the resorting to say ".....taradadadaaa" is lazy and a demonstration of gaps in information.
