The "quitting guide" for this subreddit says that using a "competing response" is one of the best ways to quit NB. I guess - things like doing something else with your hands, or with your attention?
I'm having trouble coming up with good ideas for what I could do when I have the urge to bite. Any ideas that you've liked?
