I have an unmodded NtSC console

Now that I know the Eon Super 64 is just awful in terms of build quality as mine crapped out within 2 weeks … I plan to return it.

I loved the results especially the smoothing.

But, the fact it seems horrible built makes me not want to have it.

What should I use instead keeping in mind I’m using the mClassic with it.

Think I’m going with retrotink. The Eon customer support seemed friendly… but the build quality is questionable. And I hear other malfunction stories.

The other thing that sucked about the super 64 is for my TV if you switch inputs on the tv… eg go from hdmi 1(n64) to hdmi 2 back to hdmi 1….

The signal is gone unless you power cycle the console.

And I think this is specifically related to the super 64.

And I have a hyperkin cable that doesn’t have this issue that is powered by usb externally and also uses sVideo.

I’m guessing it’s related to the super 64 not needing a external power source.

Either way it sucks as I have accidentally switched inputs and lost progress.

I hope retrotink doesn’t have this issue
